1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, email or phone our customer support team with your order details and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions to return the product to us.
3. Refunds:
- After receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
4. Exchange Policy:
- If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns:
- The customer will bear return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Valid reasons to return an item
- The delivered product is damaged (i.e., physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g., unable to switch on).
- The delivered product is incomplete (i.e., missing items and/or accessories).
- The delivered product is incorrect (i.e., wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired).
- The delivered product does not match the product description or picture (i.e., the product is not as advertised).
- The delivered product does not fit. (i.e., size is unsuitable)

2. POLICY AND ENFORCEMENT:

If the Buyer has initiated a transaction on the Womens.com.pk platform, the Seller can suspend, cancel, terminate, block, or reverse the transaction.
Delete any aspect of the platform created, operated, managed, or controlled by the Buyer that contains features, messages, or content as provided by the Buyer.
Temporarily or permanently limit, suspend, or terminate the buyer’s use of the Womens.com.pk account. If the misconduct occurs and affects the entire platform, sellers or other users take legal action to correct the buyer’s behavior.

Conditions for Returns
1. Product Condition
The product cannot even be used, worn, or washed—in other words, it cannot have any signs of use, damage, or defects. Clothing accessories can be worn to ensure they are the right fit but cannot be worn before the event. If Women.com.pk receives back a product in an unacceptable condition, it retains the right to send it right back to the sender.
2. Tags and Accessories
Products for return should not be modified or adjusted in any way from a new or unused state and need to include all accompanying tags and manuals.
3. Packaging Requirements
This implies that the product must be returned with its original manufacturer’s packing and/or box provided. If it arrived with another layer of Womens.com.pk packaging, it has to be returned similarly with the return shipping label placed on it.
Dear store owners, we kindly request you not stick tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box to avoid damaging it.
4. Controls—Order and Tracking Information
It is also worth mentioning that while shipping your return package, you must label it with your order number and return track number; this helps in averting some troubles associated with the return and losing valuable time in processing the request.
